Fried fish in eggplant
Ingredients:
Large fish (airless, plaice, rui etc.) 4 pieces round brinjal 3, potato 1, egg 2, Onion flakes half cup, onion paste 1 tablespoon, Coriander powder half teaspoon, 3 teaspoons of yellow teaspoon, Ginger curry half teaspoon, Cumin powder 3 teaspoons, flour 1 teaspoon, 5 chili chillies, little bit of coriander leaves.
How to make it:
1. Boil the brinjal with boiling water and boil it in two parts. After that leave the remaining part with a spoon. 2. Boil large fish and potatoes and mix it with eggplant boil. 3. Keep the onion in oil for a while with all the spices. Then take a mixture of fish with the mixture. Remove from chilli and coriander leaves. 4. Spread the whole of the eggplant in the eggplant. 5. Mix eggs, flour and salt together in a bowl. Serve hot with roasted eggplant mixture.
