Soft Hotchpot
Ingredients:
2 cups of narrow rice, 1 cup of fried mug dal, 1 teaspoon of cardamom, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons, cloves, 5-6 teaspoons of chilli, 4 to 5 chili, dry chilli 3-4, bay leaves 2, yellow powder slightly, onion Cook 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons of ghee, salt to taste, 6 cups of hot water.
Procedure:
Wash the rice-pulses and let the water drink for 10 minutes. Now boil well with all the ingredients in a saucepan without ghee, onion grated and dry chilli. Gour out another ghee in a frying pan and if the dal becomes dense, pour it into the dish. Serve hot with a little shuffle.
