Mango polou

Ingredients:
Mango polou

2 cups of Basmati rice, Ghee 5 spoons, ginger-garlic paste 1 table spoon, cloves 4, Onion, half a cup of mango, 1 cup of mashed sauce, 1 cup of ripe and somewhat hard pieces, Chilli 4, salt to taste, blackjack for fried sort.


Procedure:

 Wash the rice and soak for 15 minutes in three cups of water. Take gourd in a pan and fry it onions. Keep it different. Sprinkle the spices in the cauldron. Chopped mango and salt. Boil the mixture with rice and boil it. After that, spread the mango pieces and Blackjack on top of it.
