Hilsha fish recipe

  • Materials:
  •  6 pieces of big hilsa fish,
  •  Yellow Tea 1/2 Spoon,
  •  Onion chopped 1/3 cup,
  •  Cumin seeds 1/2 tea Spoon,
  •  Green chili powder Spoon,
  •  Cotton seeds are 1/2 tea Spoon, 
  •  Gingerbread 1/4 teaspoon Spoon, 
  •  According to salt, 
  •  Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon Spoon, 
  •  The large lava leaves are 6,
  •  Chilli powder 1 tea Spoon, 
  •  Mustard oil Spoon.


  Method:


  • All spices, oils and salt will be well mixed together. 
  • Now the fish will be well sprayed. 
  • To put the fish on the leaves of the Calabash should be folded.
  •  Keeping bamboo on the hot water and covering the leaves in a sheet will cover them. 
  • After 20 minutes it will be overturned. 
  • After 20 minutes have to be served with hot rice.
