Cheese polou
Ingredients:
500 grams of basmati rice, 2 cups of onion, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of sugar, hot spicy powder of 1/2 teaspoon, raisins, nuts, pistachios 1/4 cup, ghee 150 grams, beans 1 cup, bay leafs.
How to cook:
Rice should be kept for half an hour. Cut the cheese cubes, and fry it with kamis, pistachios and nuts. Heat ghee and onion will be taken in golden color. Grate bay leafs with whole cloves and grind the beans and rice. Hot water will be provided for a few minutes after the rubbing of rice. If you consume half acre of rice, boil three parts of rice, you will have to give raisins, nuts, pistachios, hot spices and water.
