Vegetable biriani

Ingredients:


  • Basmati rice 2 cups, 
  • green chilli 4-5, 
  • papaya-carrot-bean, 
  • any vegetables and a half cup, 
  • cardamom cinnamon 2 gram flour,
  •  1 tablespoon of ginger, 
  • 1 teaspoon of ghee, 
  • half a teaspoon of oil, 
  • Nuts 1 teaspoon, 
  • chicken cubes 2, 
  • salt in quantity and 
3 cups of water.

Procedure: 

Wash the rice and let it cook for 20 minutes. Vegetables should be kept in small pieces. In the cooker, the onion will be roasted with oil and hot spices and all spices will be squeezed. Cook the rice, cooker spices, chicken cubes, vegetables and rice, water for 2 minutes. Cookers will have to stop the salt. If the two whistles, the oven will be closed. Serve after lowering the pressure.
