PadishahI Hotchpot
Ingredients:
- Pulou rice half kilogram,
- lentil pulse 1/2 cup,
- mug dal 1/2 cup,
- cut ginger 1 teaspoon,
- sahi cumin 1 teaspoon,
- onion cut 1 cup,
- chopped corn 4/5,
- dried pepper powder 1 teaspoon ,
- 1 teaspoon of yellow powder,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 cup of oil / ghee,
- 2/3 cup of hot water,
Preparation of the recipe:
Wash the rice and pulses and wash the water. Take hot spices, ginger-garlic, chopped onion and onion paste, turmeric, chilli and cumin powder and chopped cinnamon with oil in the stove. Now stir the rice, rice and pulses and mix them with hot water for 4-5 minutes. Cook until the rice is ready. If you cook, serve as the heart of the celebrated padishahi hotchpot.
