Smear of Pulses
Ingredients:
- Mugdal half cup,
- pea dal half cup,
- Salt to taste,
- onion 2 tablespoons chopped,
- Ginger curry 1 teaspoon,
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green chillies
- Garlic curry 1 teaspoon,
- 1 teaspoon of pepper powder,
- 1 table spoon of cinnamon,
- 1 table spoon,
- ghee 1 table spoon,
- tomato half cup,
- The amount of water.
Procedure:
Keep mugdal and pee dal for 1 hour. Now boil the mugdal and pee pulses boiled water in the stove and boil it with salt. Take it down when it finished. Garnish with another pot in stove. If the ghee is hot, fry it with onion, ginger, garlic, chilli and cinnamon, then fry it well with tomatoes. If fried, mix in the dal and put it on the stove.
